How to Install Strong 8K IPTV

A complete, no-nonsense guide for Android (phones & TV), Smart TVs (Samsung/LG), iOS/tvOS, and Windows. Keep your HOST:PORT, username, and password handy.

What you need
  • Credentials: username & password (or the M3U link) we sent you.
  • Server details:
Host: your-host-or-ip:port (keep it in HOST:PORT format)
    M3U: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
    Portal (if supported): your-host-or-ip:port/c
  • Connection: Ethernet is ideal; on Wi-Fi, place the device close to the router and use 5 GHz if possible.
  • Time: 10–15 minutes for your first device; less for the rest.

Security & legality: Use official app stores where available. If an app isn’t in your region, consider alternatives we list below. Only stream content you’re legally allowed to watch.

Quick glossary

M3U: a playlist link that loads all channels/VOD at once.

Xtream Codes: login by Host, Username, Password (many apps call it “API Login”).

Portal URL: a special address some boxes/TV apps use (often ends with /c).

Android Devices (phones, tablets & Google/Android TV)

A) Install a player using Downloader + allow “unknown apps”
  1. Install Downloader from Google Play on your phone/tablet. Open Play Store, search Downloader by AFTVnews, and install it.
  2. Enable install from unknown apps (per-app):
    • Go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
    • Select Downloader (or your browser/file manager) and toggle Allow from this source ON.
  3. Open Downloader → enter the short code or direct URL your installer provides, then download the APK.
  4. When prompted, tap Install. If a warning appears, confirm you trust the source (you can disable permission later).
  5. Open the IPTV app you just installed and log in using either:
    • M3U: paste your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
    • Xtream Codes: Host your-host-or-ip:port • User your_username • Pass your_password

Safety tip: Keep Google Play Protect ON. It scans all apps, including sideloaded ones. You can re-lock Install unknown apps after setup.

B) Android TV / Google TV: Use the Play Store (simplest)
  1. On your TV, open Google Play Store.
  2. Search for a trusted IPTV player (e.g., IBO Player/Pro, Smarters, etc.).
  3. Install → Open → follow the player’s Login flow.
  4. Choose Xtream Codes or M3U:
    • Host: your-host-or-ip:port   Username: your_username   Password: your_password
    • or M3U: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

If your TV’s region store doesn’t show the app, you can install on a phone and use Family Library or use the Downloader method on TV (enable unknown apps for your browser/downloader in TV settings).

C) Clean login checklist
  • Double-check you didn’t add http:// to Host (it must remain HOST:PORT only).
  • Time and date must be correct on your device. Wrong time can break SSL and EPG sync.
  • If your ISP caches aggressively, a quick router reboot helps refresh routes.
  • For sports in 4K, use Ethernet or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi link (RSSI better than −60 dBm).

Smart TVs (Samsung • LG • Android TV on TVs)

Samsung Smart TV (Tizen)
  1. Press the Home button on your remote → open APPS.
  2. Use the Search icon to find your preferred IPTV player (e.g., IBO Player/Pro, SET IPTV, etc.).
  3. Install → Open, then follow the in-app instructions.
  4. Most TV players show a Device/MAC or Device Key and ask you to add the playlist on their website:
    • Use our M3U URL: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
    • Or if the app supports portal login, try: your-host-or-ip:port/c
  5. Restart the app to load channels and VOD.

If an app requires activation, complete it on the vendor’s portal and then refresh on the TV.

LG webOS TVs
  1. Press Home → open Apps (or LG Content Store on older webOS).
  2. Search and install your chosen IPTV player (e.g., IBO Player/Pro, SET IPTV).
  3. Open the app and note the displayed Device/MAC or Code.
  4. On your phone/PC, open the app’s portal and add our M3U/Portal details:
    M3U: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts   •   Portal: your-host-or-ip:port/c
  5. Reopen or refresh the TV app to sync.

If you can’t find a specific app, check your TV’s region in settings and ensure the latest webOS updates are installed.

Popular TV players: IBO Player / IBO Pro / SET IPTV
  • IBO Player: install from your TV store → the app shows Device/MAC and a Device Key. On the IBO portal, add a new playlist using your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts, then restart the app to load channels.
  • IBO Player Pro: similar flow. If a Windows or desktop companion is offered, you can manage playlists there as well.
  • SET IPTV: install → note the device code → on the SET IPTV portal, choose Upload My List and paste your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts or your Xtream details → save → restart app.

Each vendor’s portal may request activation or a one-time fee. Complete it once per device (not per playlist).

iOS / tvOS (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)

Install 000 Player and connect to Strong 8K
  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone/iPad/Apple TV.
  2. Search for 000 Player and install.
  3. Open the app → choose Server Login and enter server number:
    Server: 770
  4. Enter your Username and Password, sign in, then refresh to load channels/VOD.
  5. If your player supports M3U, you can use: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

On iOS, you normally install apps from the App Store only. If an IPTV app isn’t available in your country, consider an alternative player with M3U support.

Tips for iOS playback
  • Allow the app to access local network if prompted (for casting and discovery).
  • For Apple TV, use Ethernet for the most stable 4K sports feeds.
  • If audio is muted, check the Mute/Silent switch on iPhone/iPad and the app’s player volume.

Windows PCs & Laptops

IBO Player / IBO Player Pro (Windows)
  1. Install IBO Player or IBO Player Pro for Windows (from Microsoft Store or the vendor site).
  2. Open the app → go to Playlist/Portal settings.
  3. Add either:
    • M3U: your-host-or-ip:port/get.php?username=your_username&password=your_password&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
    • Portal (if supported): your-host-or-ip:port/c
  4. Save and refresh to load channels/EPG/VOD.

If the app offers a companion web portal, you can manage playlists from your browser and then sync on desktop.

Smarters IPTV (Windows) — Xtream Codes login
  1. Install Smarters IPTV / Smarters IPTV Pro from the Microsoft Store (or official site if unavailable in your region).
  2. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  3. Enter:
    • Host/Server: your-host-or-ip:port (remember: HOST:PORT only)
    • Username: your_username
    • Password: your_password
  4. Login → allow first-time sync to complete → enjoy.
Desktop playback notes
  • Keep GPU drivers updated (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel) to avoid HDR flicker or dropped frames.
  • Use a modern decoder in player settings (Hardware/Auto). If CPU usage spikes, switch to hardware acceleration or a lighter renderer.
  • For multi-monitor setups, match display refresh rate (50/60 Hz) to the channel’s region to reduce judder.

Pro tips for a rock-solid stream

Network & picture
  • Ethernet first: For 4K/8K or big match days, a cable beats Wi-Fi every time.
  • Wi-Fi tuning: Prefer 5 GHz; avoid DFS channels if your device loses signal randomly.
  • Router refresh: A 30-second power cycle clears old routes and stale DNS.
  • EPG & time: Make sure the device time zone is correct; wrong time skews the program guide.
  • HDR: If colors look washed, toggle HDR in TV/player settings or match dynamic range.
Login formats & housekeeping
  • For Xtream Codes logins, never include http:// or https:// in Host — keep it as your-host-or-ip:port.
  • M3U links are portable and easy to back up; keep them private.
  • On apps that allow multiple profiles, create separate profiles for Sports vs Kids to keep favorites organized.
  • If an app lets you choose a decoder (Exo/MX/VLC), pick the one that plays your highest bitrate smoothly.

Quick fixes if something feels off

Can’t log in or channels don’t load
  • Re-enter credentials carefully (watch for spaces when pasting).
  • Confirm Host is exactly your-host-or-ip:port (no scheme, no trailing slash).
  • Toggle your VPN off (or on) to test a different route; some ISPs throttle live video on peak hours.
  • Reboot modem/router → reboot device → reopen the app.
  • If you just changed your plan, give it a minute and then refresh the app/EPG.
Video stutter or audio desync
  • Switch the player decoder (e.g., from Auto to Hardware or to VLC/MX in app settings).
  • Try a different stream label (1080p → 720p) to test stability, then work up.
  • Disable any picture “smoothing” on the TV (TruMotion/MotionFlow) if sports look odd.
  • Check TV audio settings: set PCM if your soundbar/receiver requests it.
