Keep the line you have

A renewal adds time to the existing line rather than issuing a new one. The server address, username and password stay exactly as they are, which means every favourite you built and every group you hid is still there afterwards.

Use the same email address you ordered with. That is what ties the renewal to your existing line. A different address creates a separate subscription with new credentials instead of extending this one.
