1. What these cover

These terms apply to every subscription bought through strong8ktv.org. Placing an order means you accept them. If any of them does not suit you, please do not order.

2. What you are buying

Access to the Strong 8K TV line-up for the period you have paid for, on the number of device slots you selected. Each slot permits one stream at a time. Opening more simultaneous streams than you hold slots for causes the additional connections to be refused rather than shared.

3. The line-up changes

A catalogue of this size is never static. Individual channels are added, renamed, moved between groups or replaced as sources change, and no provider can guarantee that a particular channel will be carried for the whole of your subscription. We will always tell you honestly what has happened to a channel you ask about. The overall size and shape of the line-up is what is being sold, not any single entry in it.

4. Activation and delivery

Lines are issued automatically once the payment gateway confirms the transaction, normally within a couple of minutes. Details are shown on screen and emailed to the address you entered at checkout, so entering that address correctly is your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

A subscription is for your own household. You may not resell it, publish the credentials, or redistribute any stream from it. Accounts doing so may be suspended without refund.

6. Availability

We work hard at continuity and measure it closely, but no streaming service can promise perfection. Individual channels and sources can be interrupted for reasons outside our control. That on its own does not entitle you to a refund, though we will always try to restore or replace the source.

7. Your own equipment

You need a device capable of playing the streams and an internet connection of adequate and consistent speed. Problems caused by your own hardware, wireless network or internet provider are not faults in the service, though support will help you identify them.

8. Payment

Prices are set in US dollars and charged in your local currency equivalent through the payment gateway. A subscription is billed once for the length chosen and never renews automatically. No card details are stored by us at any point.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is the subject of a chargeback raised without contacting us first.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The version published here at the moment you order is the one that governs that order.
