Three things that trip people up
None of them are faults. They are the same three messages we answer every week, so they are worth reading before you start rather than afterwards.
Open the setup guides- Android and Fire TV both refuse the install until you allow apps from unknown sources. Our guides show exactly where that switch is on each one.
- Windows will warn that the publisher is unrecognised. That is normal for anything distributed outside the Microsoft Store. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
- The first launch looks frozen while it downloads the guide. It is not. Give it up to five minutes on a television and leave it alone.
