Where to start

Most questions we receive are about the line-up and the guide rather than about anything breaking. Both are below. If yours is not, send a message and a person reads it, including at the weekend.

Ten answers
What is actually in the Strong 8K TV line-up?

The complete live channel line-up, plus a video library of films and box-set episodes. The live side breaks down into sport, entertainment, films, kids, factual and documentary, music, religious programming and news from every region. The United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Turkey, India, Pakistan and the whole MENA region are all carried in depth rather than as a token handful of channels.

Which sport do you carry?

The domestic football leagues of England, Scotland, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Portugal and the Netherlands, the European club competitions, international qualifiers and tournaments, cricket from every full-member board, Formula 1 practice through to the race, MotoGP, tennis from all four majors and the tour events between them, golf majors, boxing and UFC cards, rugby union and league, plus NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and the main college fixtures. Regional feeds are carried where they exist, so a match blacked out on one broadcaster is usually available on another.

Does the programme guide work properly?

Yes, and it is the part we spend the most time maintaining. Guide data runs seven days ahead and two days back across the great majority of the live line-up, with real programme titles, synopses and accurate start and end times. It arrives automatically the first time your player builds its channel list, which takes a couple of minutes, and refreshes itself after that. If you find a group with thin or missing data, tell support which group it is and we will point the feed at a better source.

Can I watch something after it has been broadcast?

On the channels that support catch-up, yes. Open the channel in the guide, move back through the days, and the programme plays from the start. Coverage is not universal because it depends on the source, and it is strongest on the major UK, US and European entertainment channels. Anything in the film and box-set library is available permanently rather than for a limited window.

How is the film and series library organised?

Films are filed by genre, by decade and by language, with a separate group for cinema releases added in the last thirty days. Series are filed by show, then by series, then by episode, so you pick a title once and work through it rather than hunting for episode numbers. Every entry carries a poster, a synopsis, the year, the running time and the audio and subtitle tracks that are present.

What does the region choice at checkout change?

The order of the groups, not the contents of the subscription. Everybody receives the full line-up. Choosing Arabic lifts the MENA groups to the top of the list, choosing USA lifts the American ones, and choosing Europe does the same for the European feeds. It exists because opening a player onto the full list in an order that means nothing to you is a genuinely poor first evening. Message support with your order number if you want it reordered later and there is no charge.

How many people can watch at once?

One stream per device slot. Buy the number of slots you need at checkout and each one arrives with its own separate username and password, so the living room and a bedroom never interrupt each other. If you try to open a second stream on a single slot the newer connection is refused. Slots can be added later at any point without disturbing the lines you already have.

Which devices can I watch on?

Anything that speaks Xtream Codes, M3U or MAG portal. In practice that is the Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones, tablets and TV boxes, Nvidia Shield, Google TV, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS televisions, MAG and Formuler set-top boxes, Windows and macOS computers, and iPhone, iPad and Apple TV through a player from the App Store. If your device runs a player app, it will run this.

How quickly does the subscription start?

Activation is automatic and fires the moment the payment gateway confirms the transaction, which is normally a few seconds. Your login lines appear on the confirmation page and arrive by email at the same time. If your bank holds the payment for extra checks, activation completes as soon as that clears and the email still sends itself.

What happens when it runs out, and do I lose my favourites?

The line stops on the expiry date. Renewing from your account extends the same line rather than issuing a new one, so your server address, username and password stay identical and every favourite, hidden group and sort order you set up on your devices survives untouched. Buying a fresh subscription instead of renewing gives you new credentials, which means setting all of that up again.

Talk to a person

There is no chatbot on this site and no ticket queue that answers next week. Messages land with somebody who can actually change a source or reissue a line, which is why naming the exact channel or the exact device gets you a real answer rather than a troubleshooting checklist you have already tried.
